Miminna Asset Guidelines

Welcome! We are happy to provide downloadable digital assets for our community.

These Asset Guidelines explain how to use the official images, wallpapers, icons, and other downloadable materials (collectively referred to as “Assets”) provided in Miminna’s Assets folder.

⚠️ Please note that, as a general rule, you are not permitted to use any images featured on this site that are not included in the Assets folder.

1. Permitted Uses (What You CAN Do)

You may download and use our Assets for free, provided it is for Personal or Non-Commercial Educational/Community purposes:

Personal Use

• Setting as digital wallpapers, home screen backgrounds, or social media profile avatars.

• Printing for personal, non-commercial crafts, decorations, or stationery.

• Sharing on personal social media accounts.

Educational & Community Use (Non-Commercial)

• Non-profit use by schools, kindergartens, nurseries, after-school programs (after-school clubs), and local community centers.

• Classroom decorations, educational worksheets, internal newsletters, and non-commercial event posters.

• A non-profit neighborhood festival.

2. Prohibited Uses (What You CANNOT Do)

To protect the Miminna brand and character identity, the following uses are strictly prohibited:

Commercial Use Without a License Agreement

• Selling physical or digital products featuring our Assets (e.g., merchandise, stickers, clothing, NFTs).

• Using Assets in paid events, paid services, or commercial advertising.

Redistribution & Reselling

• Re-uploading, reselling, or making Assets available as "free stock media" on other platforms or websites.

Modification & Misuse

• Altering, distorting, or modifying the characters or Assets in a way that harms the Miminna brand, image, or reputation.

• Using Assets in illegal, offensive, harmful, political, sexual, or inappropriate content.

Claiming Ownership

• Claiming ownership, copyright, or authorship of Miminna characters or Assets.

3. Copyright & Disclaimer

• Ownership: All rights, titles, and copyrights to Miminna characters and Assets remain the exclusive property of Miminna.

• Changes to Guidelines: Miminna reserves the right to modify these guidelines at any time without prior notice.

• Disclaimer: Miminna is not responsible for any issues, damages, or disputes that arise from the use or downloading of these Assets.
